Exclusive private estate of 3 luxury villas, welcome to Sinaran Surga. This villa is established on a cliff front, 70 meters above the sea with sweeping panoramic view of the Indian Ocean. It is designed by the renowed Australian architect Terry Brooks. Sinaran Surga encompasses 3 opulent villas with its own swimming pool in each villa, lavish spa pavilions and separate staff premises.

In this lush landscape of frangipanis, palm trees and bougainvilleas the guest on this villas can enjoy the richness of Balinese culture. Beautiful water features and carefully planned ponds set off exquisite gardens and breathtaking surrounding vistas. State of the art sports facilities include a fully equipped gymnasium and full size tennis court with attached rest rooms and shower rooms for discerning guests. Glorious sunsets can be enjoyed at the end of each day with a viewing bale perched cliff side or private stairway access to a wonderful scluded beach.

VILLA CAHAYA

Villa Cahaya means illuminating light and this villa certainly encompases all that shines. The villa commands a regal position atop a cliff front overlooking the Indian Ocean to its guest.  Villa Cahaya spread across 30 Ares of land, it is unfolds over two levels and offers a generous 950 square meters of pure luxury.

From the moment you step through the impresive antique gates, you are drawn to the ocean through a series of pavilions and extravagant rooms emblematic of the Balinese culture, such as a private spa and a dining veranda.

A spectacular antique joglo welcomes guest into the main hall and a majestic library overlooking the ocean. It is surrounded by four generous bedroom suites with spacious walk-in robes, luxurious bathrooms and outdoor terraces with views to the sea. Another sumptuous bedroom is located on the lower level along with a separate media room on the lower level.

Magnificently proportioned living and dining space that offers a 180 degree view of the ocean can be reached by a central staircase. It will immediately draws to the water feature, connecting the living room to the 25 meter infinity edge swimming pool perched on the cliff edge. It is an exquisite villa reflecting style, elegance and luxury.

VILLA ANGIN LAUT

Villa Angin Laut, built on three levels, is set on one thousand three hundredsquare meters of lush gardens, and like Villa Cahaya, offers spectacular views of the Indian Ocean. One enters Villa Angin Laut through a landscaped courtyard, where the spa pavilion meets an impressive 2.5 meter wall of cascading water, beautifully carved with Balinese bas-reliefs.

You are welcomed by a grand staircase leading to the main level, where the view will take your breath away. The open plan design accentuates a sence of space and natural light, with the open terrace and large infinity pool complimenting the fantastic views.

The main floor features a large living room, indoor and outdoor dining areas and fully equipped kitchen. Two bedroom suites, eah with bathrooms and private terraces, and a TV/media room, located to the rear of the villa. Following the sound of soft flowing water you are lead to a separate guest pavilion, where you will find a large bedroom suite, open – air bathroom and private terrace. The upper level accommodates the master bedroom suite, which offers a magnificient view of the Ocean and boasts two large roof terraces.

Villa Angin Laut offers a total floor space of five hundred and eighty square meters and on three levels. The villa comfortably accommodates 8 guests.
